Kamryn Harty is a first-year associate in Cisco’s FLEX Emerging Leaders program, where she currently serves as a Grant Analyst for The Cisco Foundation Climate Grants team. She is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan, where she received her B.A. in Organizational Studies, alongside a double minor in UX Design & Law, Justice, and Social Change. She is eager to bring her passion for innovation, systems-thinking, and problem-solving to the Climate team.
